Acceptance of terms

By installing AutoSentra ("the app") from the Shopify App Store, you ("merchant," "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't install or continue using the app.

What the app does

AutoSentra analyzes your Shopify store's products, orders, and inventory — combined with cost (COGS) data you enter yourself — to calculate estimated product profitability, margin, and inventory risk, and to surface alerts and recommendations based on that analysis.

AutoSentra's calculations are estimates for merchant decision-support, not accounting, tax, or legal advice. Profitability figures depend entirely on the accuracy of the cost data you enter — the app cannot know your true costs unless you provide them. Always verify important financial decisions with your own accounting records or a qualified professional.

Subscription and billing

AutoSentra is offered on Starter, Growth, and Pro subscription plans, billed monthly or annually through Shopify's own billing system — we never process your payment details directly. New installs receive a 7-day free trial with full Growth-tier access once started; no credit card is required during the trial.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from the app's Billing page. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund the current billing period unless required by Shopify's own billing policies.

Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for the accuracy of any cost (COGS) data and settings you enter.
• You're responsible for keeping your Shopify store's data (products, orders) in a state the app can read correctly.
• You won't use the app for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the app or Shopify's platform.

Data and privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoSentra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including business decisions made based on its estimates or recommendations.

Termination

You may uninstall the app at any time from your Shopify admin. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. On uninstall, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We'll update the "Last updated" date above if these terms change, and post the updated version at this same URL. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
